Going round in circles • Controlled articular rotations (CARs) involve isolating the joint and moving it through its fullest range of motion with control and attention. ‘Work each joint individually, making sure you move right to the end of your available range without pain,’ says Fisher. ‘Try to smooth out the sticky spots within the range.’
