Toyota Hilux pick-up ‘Small knock, big damage’ • The HCVS Trans-Pennine Run had a brand-new finishing point for 2024; the old RAF Tockwith airfield near Wetherby. The old tarmac runway is an ideal spot being entirely of hardstanding – and an enormous length! I saw one marshal using a mobility scooter to cover the distance, for 2025, I was going to pack my fold-up push bike into the car boot. It was there, in August 2024, that I first saw this stunning pick-up.
