Born Aubrey Drake Graham in Toronto, Drake landed his first big television role at the age of 15, playing a student on Degrassi: The Next Generation for eight years. When he left the show, he took a big risk and made the leap to music. It all paid off when hip hop artist Lil Wayne signed him to his record label Young Money.
